Prentow Solutions is an IT consultant company that mainly works as the external IT department for approximately 30 Danish companies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical System Consultant - Business Analyst who is goal-oriented, enjoy working independently within an international environment and set long-term goal contributing to the company. This position requires knowledge of ERP systems combined with business analyst skills to work with customers to gather technical requirements and develop their business systems. Job Description:
● Develop technical framework to enable current business processes and new business development
● Develop custom data extracts/reports based on client requirements
● Create/update process documentation
● Be in charge of troubleshooting problems and customers’ requests which express what actions or solution must be taken and what outcome is expected.
● Support customers with other ERP related help desk tasks.
● Perform additional job-related duties as requested.
Requirement:
1. Must have:4
● Good knowledge on business logic and business processes to well understanding customers’ demand and the work flow
● Software system analysis and development skills
● Mature candidate with at least 3 years coding experience, with any programming language & platform
● Excellent communication and motivation skills with strong attention to details, and ability to interact appropriately with senior-leveled colleagues, partners and customers
2. Expect to have:
● Knowledge on any ERP systems (such as Dynamics Navision) would be a huge advantage
● Experience in online technical support
3. General:
● High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple tasks and deadlines
● Very good in English in all 4 skills
● Good at technical troubleshooting and documentation.
● Smart and with a high level of insight and analytical, logical thinking skills
● Good team-working and planning skills
● Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
● Skilled in organizational change
● Open minded and has a good sense of humor in order to be able to work in a fun and spirited environment.
